PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON THE CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON ON THE ORDER FORM REFERENCED HEREIN, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING LUCKYGIFTS HEADQUARTERSS PRIVACY POLICY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES ALSO CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Introduction
This User Agreement (Agreement) is an agreement between Lucky Gifts Headquarters . and the party set forth in the related order form (Customer) attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference (together with any subsequent order forms submitted by Customer, the Order Form), and applies to the purchase of all services (collectively, the Services) ordered by Customer on the Order Form or through any other channels Lucky Gifts provides to order and upgrade service. Such party is referred to in this Agreement as Customer or you. Lucky Gifts reserves the right to reject this Agreement for any reason or no reason, prior to acceptance thereof by Lucky Gifts. The issuance of an invoice number shall indicate Lucky Gifts acceptance of this Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement,Lucky Gifts will provide to Customer the Products selected by Customer. Lucky Gifts reserves the right to cancel order or refuse service to anyone. Customer hereby represents that he, she or it is either, an individual entering this Agreement for his or her personal use and is over 18 years of age, or a corporation, limited partnership or other legal entity, duly organized and in good standing under the laws of the state of its organization and the person acting on behalf of Customer is duly authorized to accept, execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of Customer.

Return Policy
There are four different types of return policies that we accept. Here is a list of all four types of refunds, and how Lucky Gifts will handle such refund requests.

Unopened Product
An un-opened product can be return to Lucky Gifts within 30 calendar days from the day Customer receives the product from Lucky Gifts. For example, if a product is purchased on July 1st, and Customer receives it on July 3rd, Customer has until August 2nd to file for an RMA. In this case, an un-opened product is defined as a sealed product that is in the same condition as the day Customer received it from Shop Extech and the product should be in original condition with original packaging, as intended by the manufacturer. Furthermore, an un-opened product can only be returned to Lucky Gifts for replacement, store credit, or credit back to your credit card(only if credit card was used as method of payment). Once issued, an RMA is only valid for 7 calendar days. In this case, Shop Extech reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on the total purchase price of the product. If a product is received from Customer, that is not in the condition that Customer described to Lucky Gifts before we approved the RMA, Lucky Gifts reserves the right to reject the RMA, and ship the product back to the Customer at the expense of the Customer.
Unopened Product, Damaged in Transit
An un-opened product that was damaged in transit can be return to Lucky Gifts within 30 calendar days from the day Customer receives the product from Lucky Gifts. For example, if a product is purchased on July 1st, and Customer receives it on July 3rd, Customer has until August 2nd to file for an RMA. In this case, an un-opened product that was damaged in transit is defined as a sealed product that is in the same condition as the day Customer received it from Lucky Gifts, and the product should be in original condition with original packaging, as intended by the manufacturer. Furthermore, un-opened product that was damaged in transit can only be returned to Lucky Gifts for replacement. Once issued, an RMA is only valid for 7 calendar days. If a product is received from Customer, that is not in the condition that Customer described to Lucky Gifts before we approved the RMA, Lucky Gifts reserves the right to reject the RMA, and ship the product back to the Customer at the expense of the Customer.
Opened, and Non-Defective Product
An opened product that is not defective can be returned to Lucky Gifts within 30 calendar days from the day Customer receives the product from Lucky Gifts. For example, if a product is purchased on July 1st, and Customer receives it on July 3rd, Customer has until August 2nd to file for an RMA. In this case, an opened product that is not defective is defined as a non-sealed product that is still in the same condition as the day Customer received it from Lucky Gifts, and the product should be in original condition, as intended by the manufacturer. Furthermore, an opened product that is not defective can only be returned to Lucky Gifts for replacement or credit back to your credit card(only if credit card was used as method of payment). Once issued, an RMA is only valid for 7 calendar days. In this case, Lucky Gifts reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on the total purchase price of the product. Opened, but Defective Product
An opened product that is defective can be return to Lucky Gifts within 30 calendar days from the day Customer receives the product from Lucky Gifts. For example, if a product is purchased on July 1st, and Customer receives it on July 3rd, Customer has until August 2nd to file for an RMA. In this case, an opened product that is defective is defined as a product that was defective out of the box from the manufacturer. Furthermore, an opened product that is defective can only be returned to Lucky Gifts for replacement. Once issued, an RMA is only valid for 7 calendar days. If a product is received from Customer, that is not in the condition that Customer described to Lucky Gifts before we approved the RMA, Lucky Gifts reserves the right to reject the RMA, and ship the product back to the Customer at the expense of the Customer.
Steps to return a product:
- Complete and send an RMA form or call Lucky Gifts toll-free at: 1-888-494-5499
- You should then receive an email within 3-5 business days with an RMA number, and return shipping instructions
- Once approved for the RMA, Ship the product back according to the shipping instructions in the email, and reference the RMA on the shipping label
- You should then enclose the RMA form that we emailed Customer in the actual package that you return
- 1-2 business days after shippment has arrived, you will receive an email acknowledging the return, and all credits/replacements will then be processed immediately.

Shipping
When you provide your shipping address, please make sure that it is a valid physical address (no PO Boxes). Lucky Gifts cannot be held responsible for products sent to the wrong address due to typographical error in the shipping address.

Sales Tax
Lucky Gifts is based in Sugarland, Texas. And as such is required by state legislation to collect sales tax from customers who reside within this state (Texas). Due to software limitations, sales tax is not added to the total amount automatically, and thus needs to be adjusted for before the order is processed. The Customer will be charged for the sales tax (if liable) before the order is processed, and thus will need to pay the additional fees in conjunction with the total purchase price on the order. Failure to do so, will guarantee Lucky Gifts the right to reject your order.
